The Screening to Treatment Timeline Tracking Spreadsheet enables local programmes to track referrals through to ophthalmology and monitor timely consultation as outlined in the QA Standards. To use the timeline spreadsheet, macros need to be enabled on your computer. The guidance document explains the spreadsheet and how to use it.

The tracking templates are not currently macro-driven in the same way as the Screening to Treatment Timeline Tracking Spreadsheet. These temporary templates will be replaced with macro-driven templates in due course.
