Local programme annual reports

Every year, local programmes submit an annual report containing general information about the service offered and information to support an assessment against the national Service Objectives and Quality Assurance Standards.

Local programmes can use the Extranet pages of this website for more information on how to submit their annual reports. If you work for a local programme and require Extranet access, please email the national programme team.
